It is a simple and fun activity, within everyone’s reach, that will train your body and mind. Departure at 9:30 and 17:00 from the beach of Cala Manbrù towards Torre Salsa. Before the tour the instructor will do the briefing where he will explain the technique of paddling and then guide the group throughout the route.

Sporty catamaran tour with a skipper for up to 5 people. Depending on the choice of participants and weather conditions, stops can be at the Scala dei Turchi or the WWF Torre Salsa Nature Reserve. Mindful Yoga, or Conscious Yoga, means moving with awareness, paying full attention to your breath and the sensations of your body, in a non-judgmental and kind way towards yourself. Mindful Yoga comes from the combination of the principles of Mindfulness and the practice of Hatha Yoga and consists of a slow execution of gentle movements, positions, and stretches, performed with continuous attention to the breath and sensations of the body, in the “here and now.” The attitude towards this discipline is one of openness and self-discovery: by practicing, you will strengthen your mental presence, abandoning the tendency to judge ourselves or our performance, to react or achieve a certain level, perceiving a progressive flexibility of the body and mind and a greater emotional stability.
During the practice of Mindful Yoga sequences, between the execution of one pose and another, there is always a “resting” phase in which we focus our attention for a moment on the non-judgmental observation of our breath and physical sensations, observing how they change in relation to the different adopted and maintained positions, letting go of thoughts and emotions that arise, relaxing body and mind and surrendering to the wave of breath. We will have the opportunity to get to know ourselves better, to understand how mind and body are deeply connected, and to gradually relax our nervous system, breath by breath. As you can imagine, it is not just exercise, but a real moving meditation! The practice is suitable for all levels. The lesson lasts 1 hour and takes place on a platform overlooking the sea with a shading structure. New in Cala Manbrù: Private tours for up to 4 people with assisted pedaling bikes. We will follow the old railway line to reach the Torre Salsa reserve. The tour will take us to Montallegro to reach the pine forest of Eraclea Minoa. The itinerary has been designed to enjoy a healthy bike ride in the open air and is therefore suitable for everyone. We will observe different scenic views of the Sicilian countryside and the sea.
